Can we have visitors?

Yes, visitors are welcome.Short stay guests for 4 weeks or less are permitted.As a courtesy please always notify us and for longer stays please consult as for approval.

No, we do not. Phone contacts will be provided to you should you require immediate assistance for maintenance.

Must I update my unit when I move?
|
When you decide to move, the painting will need to be done and carpet will most likely need replacing.There is no immediate out of pocket costs as you can have this deducted when you sell your unit. Remember these improvements enhance your unit and this will assist in the sale.

What happens when I sell?
|
The lease is sold at market value. You will then receive your outgoing refund (proceed from the re-sale of the lease) minus fees that are explained in your lease.Deferred management fee – sometimes called an exit fee, a sinking fund also know as a major refit fee, selling fees and maintenance fees should all be fully understood. Please ask our sales staff to explain and show you sample fees.

Can I rent out my unit while I travel overseas?

No, we do not permit subletting.

Pets welcomed however strict conditions do apply.

What does my monthly maintenance fee cover?

It covers charges for building insurance,Common Property Insurance and maintenance,Common Property electricity,and upkeep of the front garden of the Units and Common Property gardens and lawns,and administration costs pertaining to the management of the Village.

Do I pay for my own electricity and phone use?

Yes you do.You pay for the water that you use inside your unit,gas,electricity,phone and TV cable if you elect to have Foxtell.

Will Joseph Banks have a club house?
